This is a confusing topic for many people, but quite often, my teaching focus is on doing less and slowing down to get more from the Universe. That allows us to recharge, and the art of filling our cup is such a fine art indeed. The last thing we want is to tip our cup in service to others; instead, we should allow ourselves to let our cup get so full it overflows to serve those around us. I like to compare all of us to being like magnets when it comes to The Law of Attraction in the world. We all know how magnets work, of course. When you take them one way, they're stuck to one another; when you flip them one way, and they reverse, they repel from each other.

So, when we're in a state of mind that is one of let’s say, for example, “life is happening to me, not for me,” we are literally like magnets that repel people and opportunities. Let’s pretend that same person has a resting B“$%@! face in the world, all the time. Literally, on a cellular level, that person is “gunked up” with their chakras, energy, or whatever the heck you want to call it (I don't want to be too "woo-woo" or repel with language and not resonate). Whatever your language, that person’s energy is slowing down.

So if you look at cells, if you’re hydrated, (the body's cellular makeup has extracellular liquid, basically just water between our cells) our cells move easily through our body when we have lots of water. Everybody can picture this, right? Just picture your cells, perfectly round and beautiful, moving fast and easily through your body because you’re well-hydrated. If I am not well hydrated though, those same cells are deformed and damaged-looking and stuck together. They're gunky and move through the body so slowly. This is what’s happening when our energy is in resting B“$%@! face mode, or scarcity mode, or negative energy, or we think things are not going to work. To fix this, we must re-engage the right side of our brain and change our energy back to the positive. That’s like drinking a big glass of water for our chakras or whatever you want to call them in your language for vibration. Doing this puts you back into flow and flips “The Of Attraction” magnets back to your favour. Until you do this, you’re probably repelling opportunities and wondering why “life is happening to you again, instead of for you”.

The only person who can change this for you is you! You are the master of your destiny.

I call this my Zero To Oneness Program™️! I like to describe this as being in a matrix of sorts, and when you practice these things, you're in “God energy” or “source energy” or whatever you call it, you’re more plugged into the law of vibration which leads to more of the law of attraction. Your reticular activating system starts telling you what to follow, and you start becoming intuitive, and you stop being in negative flow, you start trusting that “life is happening for you, not to you” and in that letting go, the magic of the Universe starts conspiring in your favour.

What happens then is, that you start aligning and following those intuitions, these amazing opportunities are on that path. That's when you start educating yourself more. This is when you do your best to get into the flow state, which is creativity, learning, and motivation. I want you to get the strategy and the secret sauce for attracting wealth and abundance. We're talking about it right now, all you need to do is lean into this and TRUST yourself.

So you see, to remedy this, we must re-engage the right side of our brain and shift our energy towards the positive. This realignment is akin to hydrating our cells, restoring vitality and facilitating the smooth flow of energy throughout our being. By doing so, we regain our momentum and attract opportunities effortlessly.

Ultimately, the power to effect this change lies within ourselves; we are the architects of our destiny and central to this philosophy is the need to balance the left and right hemispheres of the brain. Many of us are trapped in a mindset of scarcity, which predominantly activates the problem-solving centers of the brain. Thus, it becomes imperative to engage in activities that stimulate the right brain, fostering resourcefulness and enabling the reticular activating system to function optimally.
